This weekend we had some special visitors!! Uncle Tom came back from 'Sanfrisco' to visit and brought his girlfriend, Alba, by for a visit. Jack was kinda stand-off-ish when saying goodbye to Tom and Alba but then after they left he said something like "Uncle Tom needs his girl. She's nice."

Visitors!
This weekend we had some special visitors!! Uncle Tom came back from 'Sanfrisco' to visit and brought his girlfriend, Alba, by for a visit. Jack was kinda stand-off-ish when saying goodbye to Tom and Alba but then after they left he said something like "Uncle Tom needs his girl. She's nice."

Jack is about the age my little sister was when she plopped down on the couch between our oldest sister and her college boyfriend and asked him when he was going to propose! So, all things being equal a little standoffish is probably better :)
Excellent point! Nothing like being asked "Where is thid relationship going?" by a 2 year old!!

They did actually get married but it wasn't until about 6 years later (which means next March is their 20th anniversary, yikes!).
