Surgery Day

I painted my toenails for my surgery because it will be nice to have something pretty to look at as I anticipate spending quite a bit of time in bed. This is my lovely umbilical hernia.

It's squishy.

Hopefully, I'll be doing blogging from bed because I'm not one for social isolation.

Surgery is scheduled for 9:00am today so assuming I don't get bumped back and nothing goes horribly awry I should be home in my bed recovering by noon-ish.
