Site Supervisor

Hello, Jack here, I'm the site supervisor here at casa d'Fruit and Cake. I am happy to report that the counter tops are coming along beautifully!
My crew has been putting in some long hours. This weekend they installed the plywood, HardyBacker, and granite tile. Cutting the 2 inch wide back row and the 1 inch wide front row was challenging. Also buffing the front edge to give in the same shine as the polished top took a lot of work with a belt sander, orbital sander and granite polish. My crew is pretty sore from all that work.

I watched to make sure everything went ok.

and WOW what progress!! (I bet if I hadn't told you it was granite tile... you might not have noticed the tiny seams!)

The place looks fantastic!! Good work, crew! And, in answer to your question, we have a Born Free "training cup". My mom had bought it for me, and I haven't done the research on how it's different from their "drinking cup" but my sense is the training one would come first! Just another one of those parental things about which I'm totally oblivious. Lindsey is my sippy cup adviser so check with her!
