Food

I have a deep long-standing love affair with food. Thankfully my husband is okay with that.

We don't eat out very often, so we get really creative with our menus.  We love making egg rolls, but they are pretty labor intensive, and they're best done when two people can cook together.
But they're so worth it.

As is the way with most difficult things.

We're pescetarians.  Which means we eat fish (and shellfish) but we don't eat other meats.  That means no chicken, turkey, beef, pork, lamb, venison... you get the idea.

Interestingly enough we were both raised that way.  Our parents were vegetarians/pescetarians long before we decided to join the fold.  If I'm being completely honest, my husband will eat meat if we go out to a restaurant and that's just fine with me.

We like to find creative things to eat, that we'd otherwise miss like a vegetarian Reuben or vegetarian BBQ chicken pizza, or even veggie Philly cheese steak (but if I'm being honest that one was a bit of a disappointment.)

I also refer to photos of food as food porn.  Don't judge me.
