
Future pickle from the veggie garden.

Cut the cucumbers and put in brine bath for 12-24 hours.

Sterilize jars, pack jars with pickles, add boiling pickling juice, cap and boil for 10 minutes.

Let cool for 2 hours. Enjoy in 2 or more weeks (but not more than one year.)
