Animal overview: flamingos, parrots, spider monkey, peacock in the prairie dog exhibit, sandhill cranes (behind fence), great blue heron (on fence), bison, spectacled bear, otter, pelican.

sounds like a nice place to visit! the baltimore zoo seems similar in size from what i can tell. it is really neat to get so close to the animals!
I used to live a 5 minute walk from there! I used to run through the zoo all the time!
You know I love zoos...and that one looks really neat!
We saw lots of runners there!
The playground was huge, the animals were easy to see and enjoy, but there wasn't nearly the 'wow' that other zoos have. I highly recommend it (it's free) but don't have high expectations about seeing exotic animals.
